Het is de herfst van 2013 als London Grammar met het bedwelmende donkere Strong de wereld eventjes tot stilstand dwingt. Deze derde single betekent de grote doorbraak van het uit Nottingham afkomstige gezelschap. Een zoektocht naar kracht, waarbij de kwetsbare Hannah Reid zich als een onzichtbaar middelpunt in haar eigen wereldje centraliseert. Deze tegenstrijdigheid botst met het gegeven dat de getalenteerde frontvrouw opeens vol in the picture staat en ze haar als een sterke vrouwelijke persoonlijkheid zien.
